April 14th 2007 - Hammana Sporting Club Fundraising Party - Hammana

Hammana Sporting Club held its annual fundraising diner in Hammana at Kasr El-Wadi Restaurant.

About 220 supporters were present, including many dignitaries, Government officials, local community leaders and news media representatives, Among those are: Mr. Milhem Karam, Mayor  Emile Khalil, Mayor Elie Yammine, General Michel Nahas, Municipality of Richmaya president General Abou Salwan, Representatives of the Rotary and Lions Clubs in Mtn El- Ahla  and many local business leaders and people from Hammana and their friends and family members.

 

Mr. Elie Saad, President of the club welcomed the club supporters, explained to them the club's goals and thanked them for their support and generosity.

June 16th 2006 - Hammana Sporting Club Fundraising Party - Los Angeles Ca.

Hammana Sporting Club held its first annual fundraising diner in Los Angeles, California at Our Lady of Mount Lebanon Church.

About 200 supporters were present, including Mr. James Kado, a Los Angeles Supreme Court Judge, Mr. Assad Farah, President of Los Angeles Rotary Club and Hammana Club of Southern California, Father Abbdalla Zeidan, Father Elias Slieman and many local business leaders and people from Hammana and their friends in Los Angeles.

 

Mr. Elie Saad, President of the club welcomed the club supporters, explained to them the club's goals and thanked them for their support and generosity.

August 19th 2005 - Hammana Sporting Club Tournament

 

A 10 days Basketball championship tournament was held at the Hammana Public High School in which 15 Regional teams competed to win.

Hammana Sporting Club managed to win the tournament which ended on August 19th 2005.

In recognition of the winning, a trophy was giving to the winning team president while the team managed to receive gold medals in support of their achievement.

 

September 10th 2005 - Season ends with 5 Wins, 0 Losses

Hammana Sporting Club ended its 2005 Summer games with a BIG 5 to 0 Wins.

The Hammana Sporting Club managed to win all 5 basketball tournaments which were held in many parts in Lebanon.

The results were 4 for 4 Wins for the men's team and 1 for 1 win for the women's team.

Congratulation to all the members of the Club on their great achievement on their first season.

November 29, 2005 - HSC wins the Lebanese Forces Basketball tournament.

نظمت اللجنة الرياضية قطاع المتن الجنوبي في القوات اللبنانية بطولة "الحرية" في كرة السلة , نهار السبت الواقع في 29 تشرين الاول 2005 , بمشاركة عدد من فرق القطاع , و جاءت النتائج على الشكل التالي :

فوز فرن الشباك على دير الحرف , و حمانا على قورطاضا , و كفرشيما على بعبدا , و عين الرمانة على عاريا .

و التقى في النصف النهائي عين الرمانة و فرن الشباك من جهة , و كفرشيما و حمانا من جهة اخرى . و انتقل عين الرمانة و حمانا الى المباراة النهائية حيث فاز فريق حمانا بنتيجة 65-62،

و حقق فريق فرن الشباك المركز الثالث .

نافت الى ان البطولة افتتحت بحضور نائب منطقة بعبدا-عاليه المحامي انطوان غانم , ومسؤولي المتن الجنوبي في القوات اللبنانية نادي غصن و سمير ابو يونس و شربل نكد , و رئيس بلدية فرن الشباك الاستاذ ريمون سمعان الذي استلم درع شكر و تقدير على مساهمته في تفعيل النشاطات الرياضية في المنطقة .
